We have a two-hour minimum charge for service calls, and no additional charges for overtime.


 

Rates

$150/hr

standard rate

Our standard rate applies to work scheduled to begin our next available weekday as well as Monday-Friday service calls.

$160/hr

Saturday rate

Our Saturday rate applies to Saturday service calls.

$170/hr

holiday rate

Our holiday rate applies to any work completed on a holiday as well as Sunday service calls.

$150/HR

TRAVEL RATE

We charge a 30-min minimum fee for travel time on all service calls.

Billing & warranties

 
  • Invoices are to be paid no later than 30 days from date of invoice. Failure to pay within 30 days will result in additional fees and interest charges. Default accounts will be moved to a Cash On Delivery account. Payment in full is required upon scheduling for all COD accounts.

  • We recommend that all parts be ordered under customer’s accounts. Any parts ordered against Mayday Mobile Equipment Repair’s accounts will receive a 30% mark up.

    Although rare, new parts do occasionally fail. Parts Warranties do not cover labor to replace a defective part. Customers are responsible for labor cost to perform the repairs of defective parts. Details will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Our goal is to provide top quality repairs, getting repairs done right the first time.

    Unfortunately, issues do sometimes occur while performing repairs. If for some reason there is an issue with a repair, we will work out the details of what needs to be done in order to correct the issue. Workmanship issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
